Did you know that less than 10% of people actually stick to and achieve their (new year’s) resolutions? The biggest reasons for giving up include lack of planning and motivation. As we say on the Happiness Over Stress podcast, it is important to have a good, strong reason for pursuing your goal, which will keep you motivated.
Staying on track for success involves good time management and making daily choices that your future self will thank you for. Choosing happiness over stress is not always about taking the easy route, but it is about doing what it takes to create a life you will enjoy, while protecting your mental health and impacting the world positively. Using this printable resource for each day of the week can help you stay focused and have a good year.
The T.R.A.C. Method:
Thought - Focus on the thought of the day from Afiniki. This is most useful to do at the start of each day.
Reflection - Ponder on the reflection question as it applies to your life and your goal(s).
Affirmation - Say the affirmation out loud - as many times as you need to.
Choice - Write down specific things you will and will not do or allow in your life, in alignment with the goals you have set or the life you want to live. You can use a separate notebook to write more, if needed.
Our lives today are mostly the result of previous choices made, so make some good and intentional ones for a better tomorrow.
You will get an email with a link to DOWNLOAD the resource after purchase.
